These terms cover your use of the Brightbox Storage website. Renting a unit is governed by the rental agreement you sign at move-in, not by this page.
Reservations
A reservation holds a unit size for 72 hours from the time you submit the form. It is not a rental agreement and no payment is taken online. Unit numbers are assigned at move-in.
Prices and availability
Web prices, in-store rates and the number of units left are shown in good faith and change daily. The rate you pay is the rate in your signed rental agreement.
The $1 first month offer
Applies only to units marked with the offer when you reserve online
Covers the first calendar month of rent; the regular web rate starts in month two
One offer per new rental; not combinable with other promotions
We may change or end the offer at any time for new reservations
Using this website
Please don’t misuse the site, submit false reservations or try to access systems you aren’t authorized to use. Content on this site is for general information.
